Outfitted with precision monitoring, acoustic treatment, and an ergonomic workstation. Also, includes a studio-grade audio booth for clean voiceover, ADR, and isolated recording. And a comfortable couch makes it ideal for producers, directors, and clients to sit in on sessions.

Where is the studio located?

We are located in the West Central neighborhood only a few minutes drive from downtown Spokane. We’re in a large historic brick building on the corner of Dean and Walnut.

Our rental periods are generally for a half day (4 hours) and full day (8 hours). We can rent for multiple days as well. Please inquire if you need different accommodations.

Yes. We have multiple options for greenscreen. Our entire cyclorama becomes a green screen, and we also have smaller green screen backdrops.

For additional fees, we have lighting, audio and video packages available.

Free street parking available. If you are a large group or need to unload equipment, please inquire ahead and we can make parking accommodations.

We’re happy to hold a date for you. If a scheduling conflict arises, we’ll contact you promptly so you can decide whether to secure the date or release it.

Hamilton Studio and the Listening Room share the same historic building and owners, but the Hamilton Studio operates as a film and photography company and the Listening Room operates as our event and concert venue.
